Join the Risk Assurance team, dealing with consulting in the field of processes, systems and a variety of clients. We identify, analyse and manage business and IT risk for clients from various sectors around the world.

Currently you can work remotely from everywhere around the globe. However in the future (after war time) the main location will be Kyiv.

What you will be doing?

– Working in a team on audit and consulting, local and international projects under supervision of senior colleagues – you’ll never walk alone.
– Reviewing IT systems, procedures and practices (IT security, change management, access management etc.) adopted by our clients against globally recognised standards and good practices.
– Consulting on key domains of IT general controls, including change management, access to programs and data, computer operations, systems development, and IT security.
– Analysing business processes and automated business controls that operate in IT systems, identifying gaps and opportunities to automate and optimise processes through better use of IT.
– Helping to identify control gaps and process improvement opportunities for our clients. Describing and communicating findings to client representatives.

What you should know / possess?
(do not worry if you cannot tick all the boxes – we provide training!)

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economic Cybernetics / Economics / IT or other technical specialties.
– Understanding of the IT environment, IT systems and current and emerging technologies which may include: Oracle, SAP, Oracle Database, SQL, other automation & analytics.
– MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word proficiency.
– English at least at upper-intermediate level (we document our work in English).
– Any experience in risk, control, compliance, governance and internal audit is a plus.
– A team worker who values the team and the team spirit.
– Positive-thinking and willingness to reimagine the possible, commitment to deliver your best and invest in yourself.
– Ability to operate in a multitask environment and meet deadlines.
– Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
