About the Project
We’re looking for a Junior QA Engineer to join an enterprise cloud platform for customer service and contact center operations.
The platform uses AI to analyze conversations, route customer requests, and support agents during live calls. The project focuses on reliable, secure, and compliant software.
What You’ll Do:
Analyze requirements and prepare clear test documentation;
Perform manual testing of Windows desktop applications;
Test REST APIs using Postman;
Validate databases using MS SQL;
Set up testing environments and work with basic CLI commands;
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and international stakeholders in an Agile environment.
What You Bring
Must-have:
6+ months of commercial Manual QA experience;
Good understanding of Scrum and CI/CD;
Experience with Jira and other issue-tracking tools;
Understanding of client-server architecture and REST APIs;
Hands-on experience with Postman;
Basic MS SQL and CLI knowledge;
Understanding of microservices;
Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) — written and spoken.
