About ICLUB
ICLUB is on a mission to empower 100,000 angel investors in 10 years and democratize access to startup investing. We are a global community of business angels founded by TA Ventures and Viktoriya Tigipko. With over 5000 members from 42 countries, we have collectively invested more than $70M across 94 deals. Our members have already seen 11 successful exits, generating $15M in returns. Role Overview
We are looking for motivated and ambitious Junior Investor Relations Managers to join our global team. This is a sales and investor relations role, where you will engage with potential and existing ICLUB members, guide them through investment opportunities, and help them become active participants in our community.

What You’ll Do
Communicate with potential and existing investors across global markets.
Respond to questions and provide guidance on ICLUB’s investment opportunities.
Support investors throughout their onboarding and investment journey.
Help drive capital commitments for startups presented to ICLUB.
Work closely with the international team to improve investor engagement and satisfaction.
Contribute to brand creation and active presence on platforms for outbound sales.

What We’re Looking For
Fluency in Ukrainian and English (written and spoken).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Sales or client-facing experience is a plus.
Interest in startups, venture capital, or investment management.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to build a personal brand in venture capital and private market investments (a must)
