Role Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to manage our client portfolio, expand service opportunities, and drive the company’s sales growth. This full-time role is a vital part of our team, offering the opportunity to strengthen relationships with current clients, identify new opportunities within the portfolio, support revenue-generating activities, and contribute to the company’s overall growth.

Responsibilities:
Drive sales within the existing client base, identifying opportunities to expand services and deepen client relationships
Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients, ensuring timely responses and long-term partnership growth
Prepare and send follow-up emails, proposals, and client agreements promptly, streamlining the sales process
Launch, track, and optimize internal campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage clients and generate additional opportunities
Monitor client accounts and industry trends to anticipate client needs and suggest tailored solutions
Keep accurate and up-to-date records in sales platforms (Close.io, Dripify, Apollo, Pitchbook, Woodpecker), ensuring visibility and accountability across client interactions
Work with team members to align on client strategies, share insights, and contribute to overall business growth
You Bring:
Previous experience as a BDR/SDR or in a client-facing sales role
A university degree from a recognized institution (preferably business, finance, or related field)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 — Upper Intermediate or higher)
A team-player mindset, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
High motivation, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed
Quick learning ability and a willingness to master complex concepts and terminology
Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail
