SUMMARY
Currently, we are looking for a HR manager to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS
1+ years of experience as a HR
Experience in creating PDP, strategy, ENPs launching
Strong communicative skills
Experience in events organization (team building, corporate parties)
Intermediate English or higher
Strong knowledge of employee evaluation methods and types of motivation
Skills in conflict management
Proactivity
Ability to plan and prioritize your own tasks

Responsibilities:

As a HR: team management, PDP, KPI, feedbacks, 1:1
Cooperation with other departments (C-level, project managers, sales managers, recruiters)
Full employee lifecycle: adaptation, onboarding/offboarding, coordination of communication, exit interview
Event management
ENPs and polls on company level
Increasing of loyalty to the company, gathering of feedbacks
Improving and support of corporate culture and values of the company
Employee motivation system development
Take part in creating of documentation and implementation of HR processes
Planning of office outlays
