What you’ll do:
• Providing the installation, maintenance, and uninterrupted and high-quality operation of the new office equipment of the Company following the applicable rules and regulations;
• Technical and informational supporting to the Company’s employees;
• Controlling the maintenance of technical documentation and documentation on the technical accounting of equipment and software of the Company employees;
• Interacting with the suppliers of PCs, office equipment, and software for the purchase of PCs, office equipment and software, and their subsequent service.
• SW and HW inventorying.
What we expect:
• 1+ years of experience as a technical support engineer.
• Higher technical education or incomplete higher technical education (4th-year students and above).
• Operation systems and administration skills: Windows 10/macOS; Windows Server 2012/2016, AD/AzureAD, Office365, Exchange Online.
• Ability to troubleshooting and repairing hardware PC components.
• Skills of working with network equipment/IP-telephony.
• Android/iOS end-user devices support.
• English – as minimum Pre-Intermediate level.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Self-managed, highly motivated.
• Excellent Customer Service.
