LLC Huawei Ukraine is looking for Wireless Solution Sales Manager to join our business


· 2 years of Telecommunication Wireless Solution Sales background, such as 2G,3G LTE product, and minimum 1 years of sales experience in telecommunication area

· Working experience in telecommunication operators is preferable ·

· Knowledge of telecommunication market: telecommunication equipment vendors, operators, etc; main features of telecommunication business

· Basic Telecommunication knowledge

· Responsible, flexible, active, stress-stable, initiative

· Strong negotiation and communication skill

· English – at least intermediate

Demonstrated knowledge of:

· Selling methodology and technique.

· Marketing tools and techniques.

Demonstrated skills in:

· Selling, negotiating, influencing, conflict resolution, handling objections and coaching.

· Using computer hardware software/intranet to generate reports, territory plans, inventory data, access Salesforce.com info and complete administrative duties.


· Improving relations with customers

· Project management

· Solving customer’s problems inside the company

· Marketing analyzing

Main Responsibilities:

The Solution manager takes overall responsibility of technical part of sales project and is accountable for customer requirement understanding, solution proposal, technical clarification, bidding organization and contract negotiation during a project.

Main Duties: Manage and plan Core network product marketing and sales activities, promote Huawei Core network Software solution (CS,HLR,STP,NGN,IMS,SBC,PCRF) to operators, support operator’s Core network development, stability increase of sales amount and market share.

· Find and create sales opportunities, organize marketing promotion activities to sale.

· Setup technical team and assign individual responsibilities, define procedure for project bidding, interface with customer for requirement communication.

· Receive and analyze requirements of customer, propose solution.

· Communicate (or workshop) with customer to convince them from technical point of view, provide the best solution and product for their requirements, maintain good relationship with customer.

· Negotiate with customer for contract, especially cover both technical and solution part.

· Provide business development plan and suggestions to operator, support operator’s business success.


· Bachelor of Science (telecommunication/computer science) or Equivalent.

· 3+ years telecom Core network or VAS network technical work experience, including below product and solution experience: CS,HLR,STP,NGN,IMS,SBC,PCRF. Strong technical background and understanding of telecom core network.

· Technical pre-sales support and engineer experience is preferred.

· Successful completion of several mid-range or big range projects

· Willingness to accept new challenge and to learn new product and solution, patient and both target- and detail-oriented.

· Fluent English and good overall communication and interpersonal skills.

· Working experience for Ericsson, NSN or Alcatel will be a plus.
